The Eduka Mobile app lets you access your school's platform on your smartphone or tablet: news, calendar, messages, notifications… It is for all users: parents, students, teachers, staff members, coaches… It is free and uses the same account as the platform: you do not need to create a new account.

Good to know: the screens shown in this article are the standard screens of the app and platform. Their appearance and available features may vary depending on your profile and your school's settings.

Installing the app

Search for Eduka Mobile in the App Store (iPhone, iPad) or in Google Play (Android), then install it. You can also find links to both shops on the platform, in the Mobile application window shown below.

Logging in to the app

When you open the app, it offers you two ways to log in: Connect with QR code and Manual authentication. They lead to the same result: choose whichever suits you.

By scanning a QR code from the platform

If you are already logged in to the platform on a computer:

1. click on your name in the top right corner of the screen to open your account menu;
2. on the Mobile application line, click Connect to the mobile application;

3. the Mobile application window opens and displays your login QR code;

4. in the application, tap Connect with QR code: your phone's camera opens. Point it at the QR code displayed on your computer screen; you will be logged in automatically as soon as it is recognised. Cancel takes you back to the first screen.

Remember: this QR code is personal. It is only valid for a limited time and can be used only once. If it has expired, close the window and reopen it to get a new one. Do not share it with anyone: it gives access to your account.

By entering your credentials

In the application, tap Manual authentication and enter:

• your school code: it appears at the bottom of the platform's login page; your school can also provide it to you;
• your usual email address and password, the ones you use on the platform.

Then tap OK.

Once you're logged in, you stay logged in on your phone: you don't have to enter your credentials again each time you open the application.

Using the application

The application displays your home page, just as on the platform. You'll find the sections you have access to on the platform:

• the bottom bar gives you direct access to Home, your Notifications, News and Events;
• the ☰ button, at the top left, opens the full menu of your sections.

Your account

Tap your photo, at the top right, to open your account menu: you can change your password, choose your language or check the status of two-factor authentication. More account settings… opens the details of your account settings.

Receive alerts on your phone

The application notifies you as soon as a new notification arrives, even when it's closed. On first launch, your phone asks you for permission to display these alerts: accept it. A notification read on the application is also read on the platform, and vice versa.

Not receiving alerts? Open your phone's settings, go to Notifications, and check that they are enabled for the Eduka Mobile application. Also check that Do Not Disturb mode or Focus mode is not enabled.

Log out

Tap your photo, at the top right, then Log out.

Your phone is then removed from your account: it no longer receives alerts, and you will need to log in again to use the application. Bear this in mind if you change your phone or lend it to someone.

If you encounter difficulties

• You have forgotten your password: reset it from the platform login page ➔ Retrieve your password, then log in to the application with your new password.
• You do not yet have an account: first activate your account on the platform from a browser ➔ Create and activate your account.
• The QR code is rejected: it may have expired or already been used; reopen the Mobile application window to obtain a new one.
• The school code is rejected: check it at the bottom of the platform login page or contact your school.
